Cancellation Policy
We hope that you do not have to cancel but in the event that you do, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We must charge 100% of the service fee for no shows and same day cancellations. Just as in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry we require a credit card or gift card number to hold all appointments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Although your card will not be charged at the time of booking, it will be used in the event of a no show or same day cancellation. Supplying us with your credit and or gift card information for a reservation is confirmation of your acceptance of these terms.

Late Arrivals
If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced in order to finish your service on time, so the next scheduled guest is not inconvenienced. The service fee will remain the same.

Children
We are an adult-only spa. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted. Children may visit by appointment only.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when making an appointment.

Returns
Retail items may be returned only with a receipt and within 30 days of purchase and will be eligible for for store credit ONLY. Gift Card, Makeup and Skincare sales are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion! Gift certificates do not expire. All gift certificate sales are FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the service price. Although not required, gratuities are greatly appreciated and are generally between 15-20% of your service value.

Service Contradictions
It is imperative that you disclose any health problems to your therapist before your service begins.

• Persons using topical prescriptions such as but not limited to: Retin-A, Renova, or Accutane CANNOT be waxed and CANNOT receive any type of Glycolic treatments.
• Pregnant women cannot do hydrotherapy tub treatments or hot stone services.
• As always, please obtain permission from your physician before scheduling any services.

Spa Royale reserves the right to refuse services to any guest.

Cell Phones
Spa Royale is an escape from the everyday stresses of life. Please be respectful of others and turn off cell phones and or pagers while in the spa.
